THE LUCKY FIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION TO ACCEPT AND/OR REJECT ANY CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND/OR CREDITS TO THE CUSTOMER REGARDLESS OF CONDITIONS, SITUATIONS OR OUTCOME. THE LUCKY FIN RESERVES THE RIGHT ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS TO HAVE STIPULATIONS IN ORDER TO APPROVE AND/OR REJECT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND/OR CREDITS TO THE CUSTOMER. ITEM(S) PURCHASED FROM LUCKY FIN ECOMMERCE WEBSITE(S), THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS OR BRICK AND MORTAR RETAIL STORE THAT WERE IN-STOCK ITEMS OR WERE STOCKED AT WAREHOUSE THAT WERE NOT CUSTOM ORDER OR NOT MANUFACTURER,SUPPLIER OR DISTRIBUTOR ORDER ITEM(S) IN THE CUSTOMER BEHALF AT THE DISCRETION OF THE LUCKY FIN MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE BUT SHIPPING HANDLING AND DELIVERY FEE(S) TO RETURN TO STORE AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE FOR EACH ITEM RETURNED AND IT WILL BE THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE LUCKY FIN AND IN THE SAME PHYSICAL CONDITION FOR WHICH THE ITEM(S) WAS PURCHASED FROM THE LUCKY FIN AND IF THE ITEM(S) DO NOT MEET THE PHYSCIAL CONDITION FOR WHICH ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THEN THE LUCKY FIN HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN AND THEREFORE ITEM IS SHIPPED BACK CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER WOULD ONCE AGAIN YEILD ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES. CUSTOMER MUST CALL OR EMAIL THE LUCKY FIN AND ALLOW AT LEAST 24-HOUR RESPONSE WITHIN BUSINESS HOURS BEFORE RETURNS. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND SHIPPING INSURANCE ON ALL ITEM(S) SHIPPED BUT IF ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO OUR STORE AND WE REFUSE DUE TO DAMAGE IT IS UP TO YOU TO FILE THE CLAIM. ALL CUSTOM ITEM(S) AND ITEM(S) ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER, SUPPLIER AND/OR DISTRIBUTOR IN CUSTOMER BEHALF IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT LUCKY FIN CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEM(S) OR ITEM(S) ORDERED FROM THE MANUFACTURER, SUPPLIER, AND/OR DISTRIBUTOR IN CUSTOMER BEHALF.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT FOR IN SHOWROOM OR OUR WAREHOUSE ITEMS NOT CUSTOM OR NOT MANUFACTURER, SUPPLIER OR DISTRIBUTOR ORDER ITEM(S) IN YOUR BEHALF TO HAVE ITEM RETURNED TO THE STORE LESS SHIPPING CHARGES ALREADY INCURRED AND POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN TO STORE AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE IF CANCEL ORDER. BEDDING SUCH AS MATTRESSES ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. UPON BEING NOTIFIED OF AN ORDER BEING RECEIVED BY THE LUCKY FIN IN THE CUSTOMER BEHALF THE CUSTOMER IS GIVEN 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SET UP DELIVERY AND/OR PICK UP OPTIONS. IF CUSTOMER DOESN’T PICK UP PAID ITEM(S). WITHIN 60 CALENDER DAY TIME-FRAME AFTER NOTIFICATION THE ITEM(S) MAY BE CONSITUTED AS BEING ABANDONED WITH OPTION OF BEING RECLAIMED BY THE LUCKY FIN.
